Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached and in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rechargerecovery1@outlook.com
The buyer will be responsible for paying the charges of the return and it is advised to use a traceable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The cost of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
